Pursuant to the Law, "minor theft of alien property by means of stealing, fraud, misappropriation or embezzlement is punished by a penalty in the amount of 10-30 non-taxable incomes or by correctional practice for the period up to one month with the deduction of 20 per cent of wages, or by an administrative arrest for the period of 5-10 days".
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 3490.
